2. For Pre-Order items, pre-order working days: 10 to 15 days from cut-off period.

3. Cut-off of orders starts at monday and ends at sunday evening..

4. Delivery date will be notified by email

6. Cancellation is not allowed for confirmed orders.

7. NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE policy. We do not accept returns based on personal dislikes of an item after purchasing like sizes,colors,etc.. returns will be accept only if the items has damage

9. If the item is out of stock, cancellation is not allowed only alternation.
