Born in the Canary Islands, discovered music at the age of 5. Attended the Local Music Conservatory and Accomplished the Yamaha Electone Certificate and switched to guitar at the age of 17. Studied guitar and composition at the Guillermo Gonzalez Public Music School in La Laguna (Tenerife) and in 2006 moved to Los Angeles where graduated from Musicians Institute. Some of his teachers were: Scott Henderson, Carl Verheyen, Allen Hinds, Dave Hill, Ross Bolton, Jean Marc Belkadi... After graduation kept studying guitar taking private lessons from Rick Zunigar (Stevie Wonder, Freddie Hubbard...) Alberto is known for his understanding of music and melodic improvisation. Also for his versatility and passion on stage. Currently resides in Japan and works as a professional guitar player and instructor.
