Coming out of Queens, NY into the music game is Randy “MadBeatz” Susswell. Hip hop runs from his DNA as he is also the younger brother of Mr. Cheeks from the multi-platinum group, the Lost Boyz.
At the tender age of ten, Randy learned to play drums by innovatively using his grandmother's cast iron skillet, cookie tin can, and two butter knives. By his teens, the young musician was also teaching himself to play the piano.
Writing his own lyrics at age fifteen alongside his friends/crew members of the Young Generation Lost Boyz (YGLB), Randy earned a spot of Mr. Cheeks' album, Back Again, in conjunction with M.O.P. As Randy began to create more exceptionally skillful tracks, he secured his position on three more tracks on Mr. Cheeks' next album, Ladies and Ghettomen.
The studio is this man's home as he is constantly making music. His tracks have been requested from rappers Mr. Cheeks, S1 Hazzardous, Domination, Bang „Em Smurf, Ur Favorite, and Eyes Low the Don.
However, Randy is not one to just sit in the studio. He's a true hustler and his own biggest promoter. Randy secured himself a spot on the soundtrack of a Ramm Zee movie in addition to another motion picture based in the UK. He's also been a rapper on numerous tours, such as the Marley Festival and the Ladies and Ghettomen tour.
With all of his past accomplishments, Randy keeps it moving. His new endeavors include working with Circle Ten Media as their in-house producer. Currently, he is producing tracks for Circle Ten Media's R&B soul singer, Natalie Ellis.
Randy has been quoted in an article as the heart of the LB Fam. He tirelessly reps his crew, but moreover, he constantly makes moves for his music. As someone who has played instruments his entire life and truly has the love for it, he has goals of becoming the next Dr. Dre.
