As President and Founder Telurium Teatro, I extend a warm welcome to you.  searching for new opportunities and new expressions to achieve the objectives and to accomplish the goals. My journey leaves me refreshed and ready to expand Telurium Teatro's horizons with new, integrative interdisciplinary projects, creating expressions and using the latest technologies to elevate the avant-garde through Telurium Teatro's commitment to experimental work.  Telurium Teatro pledges to continue to cross into new frontiers and to expand internationally in its unceasing mission to promote culture and the arts in service of humanity.  

BIO
Blanca Gruber es una cineasta venezolana, ganadora de varios premios por su trabajos cinematográficos, productora independiente, directora y editora. Su trabajo es de carácter experimental y de vanguardia. "...la  imagen y el moviemiento son mi inspiración, mi leitmotivs. Los conceptos son transformados en imágenes cambiando la realidad en una expresión artística." Su experiencia como directora y productora de teatro y sus estudios de artes visuales influyen en su expresión como cineasta. Sus trabajos incluyen  Against the Violence (Contra la Violencia), Lethal (Letal), The Micomicones Show (El Show de los Micomicones) The Fall of the Symbols (La Caida de los Simbolos). En 2006, Blanca Gruber se asoció con la bailarina y psicóloga Anne C. Fisher estableciendo Duet Diabolique Productions, dirigiendo, editando y produciendo cortos tales como: Spirit of Nature (Espiritu de la Naturaleza), Isadora by Night (Isadora por la Noche), Pandora’s Clock (El Reloj de Pandora) y Danse Maudite (Danza Maldita). Pandora's Clock (El Reloj de Pandora) ha sido premiada como Mejor Corto Experimental  (New York, 2009) y otro premio como Mejor Corto de Vanguardia (Los Angeles, 2009) en el New York International Independent Film and Video Festival. Pandora's Clock fué seleccionado oficialmente en el Cannes Festival du Film (Short Film Corner) en 2009 y tambien por el Festival Filmets de Badalona en 2009. Danse Maudite (Danza Maldita), fué selecionada oficialmente por el New York International Independent Film and Video Festival (Los Angeles, 2009). Su proyecto mas reciente, titulado Espritista, en proceso de produccion. Es una zaga de cortos en el cual se le rinde homenaje a mujeres de la cultura indígena.

Blanca Gruber is a Venezuelan-born award-winning independent film producer, director, cinematographer and editor. Her work is avant-garde and experimental “in which image and movement are her inspirations and her leitmotifs. Concepts are transformed into images turning reality into artistic expression.” Gruber’s original work as a producer and director of theater and as a sculptor inform her work as a filmaker. Her filmography includes  Against the Violence, Lethal, The Micomicones Show and The Fall of the Symbols. In 2006, she began working with ballerina and psychologist Anne C. Fisher forming Duet Diabolique Productions to produce, direct, film and edit Spirit of Nature, Isadora by Night, Pandora’s Clock and Danse Maudite. Pandora’s Clock has been named Best Experimental Short Film (New York, 2009) and Best Avant-Garde Short Film (Los Angeles, 2009) by the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival and was an Official Selection of the Cannes Film Festival (Short Film Corner) in 2009 and of the Festival Filmet de Badalona in 2009. Her current project, a feature film entitled Espritista is a saga based on famous indigenous women of the Americas.
