高校2年生の時に日本のロックや洋楽ミクスチャーに影響を受けベースを始め、その後福岡スクールオブミュージック専門学校へ入学。様々なジャンルの音楽や音楽理論を学ぶ。

演奏スタイルは主にソウルやゴスペルミュージック、アシッドジャズに影響を受けているがロックやポップスからボサノヴァやフュージョン等幅広く対応。

現在バンド活動をメインとし、インストラクターやレコーディング、ライブサポート等幅広く活動中。

またアメリカの楽器メーカー 『Fclef Basses』や『DR Strings』日本総代理店『キクタニミュージック』のエンドーサーとしても活躍中。

Tomoya Yamaguchi began the bass at the second-year high school.
Then enrolled to Music College.
He learned the music of various genres.




He has a lot of play style. so gospel, rock,pops,soul,bossa nova,acid jazz,etc.

Now he has work of recording support, live support. and He had the work of music instructor in Fukuoka.
